Scouts are ok, but I tend to regard them as budget options whereas my heavy/regular cav tend to be game winners in virtually all Total War games.Īs HE, I'd like to make room for a flyer and a chariot too. I'd probably drop the scout cav to make room. I like your list, as I like balanced armies rather than 19 dragons or whatever.įor High Elves, I think I would want 2 more spearmen, or Sea Guard if I could afford it, as I find HE swords a little too expensive and missile magnets to put on the front line.
I've been struggling to think what's the best High Elf army, particularly playing as Teclis where money is SO tight.
