Go into the joining room to find a manmade sickle stuck in some meat (flesh?). Make your way through the water and into a room with chalk drawing and gear.
You will see a manmade tunnel leading down under the bunker the door will slam leaving you down the only way to go. Now head towards the bunker and you will hear music coming from the inside, so go ahead and inspect it. Make sure you sit at the camp site at least 2 times as you will ALSO hear Lara and her 1st Journal Entry. After you get to the campfire and watch the cut scene before you head to where you saw the hanging body turn around and head down the path along the cliff, now look to the right if you can't see it use your survivor's instinct and shoot another skull totem (3).
